In Liberia, Ponseti treatment for clubfoot is available at the Faith Clinical Orthopedic Rehabilitation Center (FACORC) in Monrovia and in another clinic in Gbarnga in Bong County. Services for clubfoot were instituted at FACORC in March 2012 and are provided in collaboration with the Liberian Ministry of Health. Foot Abduction Braces are produced locally in Monrovia.

Since July 2012 international NGO miraclefeet has supported the FACORC clinic in their activities; support for training has also been provided through the Ponseti International Association.
