A programme providing Ponseti treatment for children with clubfoot has been in operation in Nepal since 2004. Services are provided through the Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre for Disabled Children (HRDC) and satellite clinics around the country. Foot Abduction Braces are produced at HRDC.
Since its inception the Nepal clubfoot programme has been supported by a number of organisations including CBM, Plan Nepal, World of Children, American Himalayan Foundation and Terres des Hommes.

As of October 2012 treatment for clubfoot is available in the following clinic locations:
- Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre for Disabled Children – Kavre, Banepa
- HRDC Regional Office – East, Itahari
- HRDC Regional Office – Mid West, Nepalgunj
- CRC Project – Chitawan
